A private gym in Battersea is looking to recruit a full time duty manager that is outgoing, friendly and willing to be part of a highly motivated, helpful and exceptional team.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Confident and friendly nature and have excellent written and verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
-Proficient in using a computer
-Excellent customer services, communication and interpersonal skills
-Team player with "can do" attitude
GENERAL DUTIES:
-All reception responsibilities
-Answering and directing incoming calls, replying to emails in a professional and friendly manner
-Insure all reception systems updated
-Responsible for all member communications
-Dealing with all member Leaver requests
-Supporting new client induction and programme appointment setting
-Responsible for class booking Systems
-Opening and closing the gym
-Banking and cashing up responsibilities
-Touring and meeting individual new member sales targets
Hours: This is a full time position based on 5 days a week. You will be required to work some weekends.
Salary : Competitive rates + benefits
