We are looking for an experienced and charming Receptionist with a keen interest to learn everything about Events and Reservations for our award-winning bar and restaurant in West London. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years’ experience working as a Receptionist in high volume Restaurants in UK.
You will have an unflappable demeanour and enjoy working as part of a team. Your communication and organisational skills will be second-to-none and you will be able to keep pace in the fast changing world of restaurants.
As the individual responsible for all reservations taken by phone, email, internet and face-to-face, you should have excellent customer service skills, and great hospitality will come naturally to you.

From our original restaurant Charlotte’s Place, we’ve added Charlotte’s Bistro – a bar and restaurant on Turnham Green Terrace in Chiswick and Charlotte’s W5 – a café, bar and restaurant in the new Dicken’s Yard just off Ealing Broadway.
