High end residential contractor looking for a intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work on high value projects Your new company Your new company is an privately owned developer who work within the high end and luxury residential sector. They have been operating for several years now, primarily within the SW London region. Your new role You will be dealing with both pre and post contract work on high value, single unit residential properties with values around £7m. The contract is on going with the possibility to go permanent if desired. What you'll need to succeed We are looking for focused candidates who are able commute around SW London, and have a minimum of 2-3 years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on high end residential projects. What you'll get in return You will be paid a negotiable day rate, and get to work on high end projects - with the opportunity to go permanent, if desired.
