Quantity Surveyor - CONSTRUCTIONReference: 2013Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location: London Industry: Construction Type: Permanent The Company: My Client is a well-established Developer based in London working on award winning Residential schemes ranging from city apartments to detached houses, with projects from 60 to 800 units. My client have a pipeline of RC Frame developements in London and due to the number of new developments are looking for talented candidates to join their team.The Role:For this role you will need experience leading projects for inception to completion. You will also need to take ownership and commercially manage projects with established supply chain partners. You will work as part of their commercial team reporting to the Managing Surveyor/Commercial Director and have the ability to work off your own initiative when needed. It is imperative you already have experience of working on one or more residential contracts with RC Frame experience being an advantage. To be considered, you will need the ability to contribute within the team (working off your own initiative and motivation when needed), and a passion for getting involved with the work, combining your skills, experience and resourcefulness, within a systematic approach. Qualifications and experience :You will need to be degree qualified for this role.
