Purchase Ledger Clerk Required

Responsibilities Include:

- Weekly banking and cashing up
- Posting purchase invoices, credits and expenses.
- Taking telephone calls from suppliers
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Preparing monthly BACS run
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Liaising with other departments and dealing with queries when raised.
- Ad-hoc admin duties as and when required.

No previous experience required however discretion/confidentiality and demonstrated analytical skills are all necessary for the role. This job will ideally suit a graduate.
