Purchase Ledger Clerk Required

Place: Hackney, London



We are a small construction company based in the heart of Dalston, East London.
We have a staff of 50 operatives on site and 5 in our office.
The role includes the following;
Purchase ledger;
1. Code and check invoices.
2. Make payments to suppliers via BACS
3. Reconcile invoices.
Payroll Admin;
1. Reconcile time sheets
2. Liaise with our accountants re payslips/tax etc
3. Carry out weekly payroll runs via BACS.
We require a candidate with previous experience (construction experience is welcome but not essential).
We have few systems in place at the moment so we would welcome someone driven and enthusiastic who could take the work over and put their own systems in place. We are currently using Xero software but again this could be changed.
Salary is negotiable but we will pay over the market rate for the right candidate.
Start would be immediate.
