Property Manager Needed in London

Based in Bayswater, W2, London, we are a newly set up boutique property company specialising in Sales, Letting and Management for selective High Net Worth clients. We are looking to recruit an organised, efficient and trustworthy Property Manager and Personal Assistant to  clients to complete all the day to day administrative aspects of managing the Company’s property portfolio. The candidate would be capable of implementing relevant property software to enhance the efficiency of the business.
Previous office administration experience within the property industry is required however, we would be willing to consider somebody who has desire to learn with a relevant background e.g. property maintenance, management, sales, etc. You will need to be able to use your own initiative and be capable of working independently including unsupervised from home. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for a diverse role in the property management sector.
The property Role:
• To carry out various property management tasks.
• To assist the sales and letting department.
• Arrange and conduct viewings as when required by the office.

• Daily liaison with tenants, landlords and contractors dealing with maintenance issues, questions, complaints and updates.
• Ensure that company policies and procedures are consistently applied to required standards.
• Providing property management advice within area of expertise to existing and potential clients.
• Liaising with local authorities and service providers regarding outgoing and incoming tenants in a timely fashion.
• To carry out all other reasonable tasks as directed by Fairmount Estates to meet the needs of the business.
• To assist in marketing and sales to grow the business.
The personal assistant role:
You will be required to assist our select UHNW clients generally when they visit London or UK.
This part of the role is very varied and will include driving them to various sites and assisting them during their stay with ad hoc tasks. Our clients require the candidate to maintain discretion and confidentiallyat all times.  The successful candidate will be required to sign a Non-Discloure Agreement with this company.
Requirements:
• Previous office administration and management experience in the property industry.
• Strong IT skills
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Numerical, basic accounts experience would be an advantage.
• Ability to multi-task and strong time-management skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Accurate with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to develop professional relationships with a wide range of people inside and outside the company.
• Flexible approach to changing circumstances with willingness to take on new tasks and experiences.
• Self-motivated and able to use own initiative and work independently.
• Driving licence mandatory
• Possess the knowledge and ability to work within an equal opportunity framework and develop an awareness within the staff team of anti-discrimination practice.
• Ability to work unsupervised or from home as and when required.
Qualifications
• Full driving licence
• Own car an advantage
• Property/construction experience and advantage.
• Property related qualifications such as Arla, MIRPM or other relevant qualification.
Working times:
As this is self-employed role the working times to be very flexible and may include weekends.
On average we would expect you to work around 20-30 hours per week. Please note this can vary depending ion demand and time of year. The summer periods will require you be available for longer periods.
Salary:
Based on experience and qualifications. Please note this is self- employed role with you invoicing us at the end of each month. As a self-employed person you will responsible for paying your National Insurance and tax.
