Our company deals mainly with young professionals and student accommodation and is one of the largest shared accommodation companies in London.
You will be working in our Old St offices with the property management team overseeing a portfolio of 170 properties (About 800 rooms) mostly occupied by young Europeans in their 20s.
You will be solving both technical and practical situations that arise from the managed properties and will liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors in respect to your portfolio.
Previous property management experience or other relevant property experience is not essential but we are looking for smart people with a firm personality as eventually you will have to deal with tricky tenants.
You will need to have the ability of negotiate and find solutions. Interpersonal and problem solving capabilities are essential.
You may have previous secretarial, administration, customer service or lettings negotiator experience. You need to have demonstrated loyalty to previous projects to be considered for these roles and ‘job hoppers’ will not be suitable.
Essential skills:
-Excellent administration skills
-Computer literacy
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong organizational skills
]-Strong Negotiation skills
-Natural and professional phone manner
-Fluent spoken/written English is a MUST, while fluency in any other European language is an advantage.
Salary starts at £1500-2000 per month and can go up to £3000 after few months.
We offer bonuses + company telephone + 28 days paid leave per annum.
