Property Manager
We are a property company based in Harrow and have a portfolio of residential and commercial properties located mainly in West London.
We are looking for a property manager to manage the tenancies. You will be reporting directly to the Directors. You will be replacing our current manager. This job is ideally suited to a mature individual who is happy to work using their own initiative.
Key Roles:-
Overseeing turnover of tenancies - including liaising with estate agents re suitable tenants, getting keys to agents, arranging check-ins and check-outs (we have an inventory clerk) and organising professional cleaning.
Arranging annual gas safety checks
Organising deposit protection certificates.
Co-ordinating maintenance of properties and organising (and occasionally providing access to) contractors.
Updating data base of tenants
Invoicing commercial tenants
Paying Bills
General admin and filing
Requirements:-
English speaking
Good telephone manner
Good computer skills – with experience of Microsoft Office.
Good organisational skills
Driver (with own car), preferred
Some experience in the property lettings market preferred.
Hours – Flexible 20-25 hours/week (eg 5-6 hours, 4 days/week).
Salary - £12 +/hour, dependent on experience.
