LOCATION - Piccadilly Circus
HOURS - 9.5 hours per day
WORK - 1 day per week (Saturdays)
PAY - £115 per day (£11 per hour during training, 5 days training required)
START – As soon as possible
Part-time property manager required to manage a small portfolio of short term let accommodation located in and around Soho.
The roles and responsibilities.
• managing a small team of cleaners
• working with a small team of property managers
• reporting back to the managing director
• administrating reservations, enquires and all aspects of correspondence by e-mail, SMS and telephone
• up-dating agendas, check in diaries and meeting notes
• property DIY and maintenance
• cleaning
• laundry
• check-ins and check outs
• working with the public
• general property management
The role is challenging yet rewarding, suitable to someone who can work well under pressure, used to working on their own and that can adapt to change with a natural ability to use initiative when called upon. Candidates would need to be fluent in written and spoken English. We do not pay cash in hand.

A rough breakdown of a typical working day
25% - cleaning
25% - laundry
50% - administration and general office and property management
