A private property business is looking for a graduate for a full-time consultant for meet-and-greet in London daily from 10am to 7pm inc a few hours cover on weekends on occasion. The job will also involve online marketing.

The role would suit someone with experience in the lettings industry, or in Hotel Management or from the Travel industry although we will consider people with other transferable skills in client interface or marketing but the person must be comfortable meeting people.

Essential qualities for the job:

•Very comfortable in dealing with people – phone, email and in person.
•A Friendly Personality that is key in dealing with arriving guests.
•Organised, punctual and with good time management.
•Good character and trustworthy with no criminal record.
•Ideally a graduate or equivalent and 21 or over.
•Basic Computer literacy with emails
•Good spoken and written English and ideally with additional European language/s eg French, Italian, Spanish an advantage.
•Must be eligible to live and work in the UK as self-employed.
•Access to Internet
•Must be willing to work on weekends

Compensation:

£20K/annum net
