Project Manager - Oracle implementation - Insurance.

The Project Manager will build and manage project plans, institute project management best practices, work with local PMs to understand progress made, provide statistical analysis, conduct reporting, identify barriers to projects staying on track, propose solutions and present findings and updates to a regional steering committee as well as global colleagues. This position will work directly with senior-level management and middle management at both regional and local levels.
Deliverables:
* To manage CRM Oracle programs or initiatives within time, quality and cost which deliver agreed benefits and outcomes.
* To proactively manage all internal and external stakeholder groups ensuring that the business has a clear CRM Oracle change plan which is understood and owned by all relevant key / principle stakeholders.
* To provide a suitably robust and disciplined oversight of all CRM Oracle change, delivering focused Quality Assurance of each programme and project from initiation to full implementation and process/procedural embedding.
* To identify and mitigate all materiel risks to the organisation from a CRM Oracle perspective.
* To manage a programme / project team to ensure successful delivery of projects and programs.
As a Project Manager your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing large-scale projects, able to identify dependencies and linkages between disparate projects.
* Developing project plans, milestones and time lines to baseline tasks required for the completion of projects.
* Ensuring governance processes are understood and followed, and appropriate stakeholders engaged at the right time.
* Ensuring responsibility for providing statistical analysis, reporting findings, identifying enhancements, and streamlining processes.
* Managing issues and providing resolution.
* Providing responsive feedback to clients' (internal) needs and inquiries.
* Providing clients with action plans and issue resolutions, as appropriate.
* Maintaining various status and financial reports for projects. Ensure timely information provided to Aon management as appropriate.
