We are a London based Renovation Project Management company with a modern approach to the design and build industry.
We are looking for freelance (self employed) project managers to join our team. To manage projects between £30,000-£500,000
You would be resonsible for the following tasks
-Read plans, drawings and specifcations
-Visiting site and liaising with the homeowner
-Working with a your team
-Visiting site twice per week
You would need to have a vast amount of experience within the industry, knowledge of the trades, materials, correct working practices and safe working conditions for any property renovation is a must.
You would need to have a clear understanding of the English language for good customer service, pasing instruction and delegation.
Having the ability to be proactive on site and deal with complex complex situations
You would need to be technology savvy, possess a modern contracted mobile phone capable of both making/receiving calls and sending/receiving data, taking good photos.
You would need to possess a working laptop or PC that is capable of handling remote meetings via Skype, emails, viewing technical drawings and print out all necessary documents.

To be a permanent residence within London
Obtain Professional Indemnity insurance
Provide two forms of ID
Provide two references of previous work related to the post
Have a computer/laptop and good computer skills
Have good communication skills
