Knowles and Associates are the leading basement contractor for London and Home Counties Residential market. We are recruiting for a seasoned Project Manager with good Fit Out experience in the High-end residential market and who is accustomed to working in a team. Leading projects in excess of £1.5m, the successful candidate will have evidence of past project activity and methodology.
Strong client-facing skills will be required with an accute understanding of ups and downs of working with high net worth clients.
Ideally, you will live on the West side of London, Herts/Berks/Bucks/Oxon/Surrey and be able to work in our Bayswater office or travel to site which is between Henley and Marlow, without difficulty.
