We are looking for a Hands on, highly energetic, reliable and personable Kitchen Manager to join our young and growing team.
You must enjoy working in a kitchen, taking an active part in food production, be a great team player, and thrive in a fast, energetic and challenging environment!
You Must be:
• Passionate about plant based food
• Comfortable working in a busy kitchen
• Serious about Health and Safety standards - Level 2 and.
3. Working experience with implementation of Health and safety rules to the highest standard is a must and will have to be demonstrated during interview.
• Happy, energetic, Smiley and chatty - even at 6am? Personality is everything at Rawligion
• A team player - considerate, thoughtful yet strict.
• Incredibly diligent, high level of attention to detail
• Great organisation and ability to deal fastidiously with all production related paper work.
• Able to manage a Kitchen Team
