We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced prep chef / kitchen porter to join our small but growing team in the kitchen of our Broadway Market cafe. We serve a short menu of healthy Asian-inspired brunch and lunch dishes, mainly take away over a busy lunch period.
We're looking for someone who's passionate about great food, has an eye for detail and a can-do attitude. We're a small team so you'll need to be prepared to get involved.
You should be confident with hygiene procedures and keen to get involved in all the elements of making the kitchen work. You'll need to be fast and efficient, with the ability to manage your time well and prioritise what needs to be done.
As well as prep, you'll help with washing dishes and keeping stock Topped up during service, a vital support role in our busiest time.
The role could be full time or part time depending on the candidate with a mix of daytime shifts during the week and at weekends. £9/hour.
