The Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 6 dining spaces: Verdi Italian Kitchen, Coda Restaurant, Elgar Bar and Grill, Cloudy Bay Seafood Bar, Berry Brothers Wine Bar, 14 bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and offers seated dinners for up to 2000 guests on a special raised floor in the auditorium.

We are recruiting a self-motivated Pizza Chef for Verdi Italian Restaurant, who is ready for a new professional challenge in this bespoke Premium environment
Job role
As Pizza Chef you will be working with other chefs in all other sections within the kitchen such as sauce, vegetables, fish and butchery.
Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared.
Maintain a hygienic work station, rotate ingredients, and clean equipment and pizza ovens.
Prepare ingredients, sauce and dough and assemble pizzas according to standards and orders.
experience of handling dough is essential
Candidate profile
You will have previous experience as a Pizza Chef in a quality environment.
You will possess excellent communication skills in English.
You will be an excellent team player and listen to directions.
