Novikov Restaurant and Bar is located in Mayfair. Is one of the most popular and successful Italian Restaurants in Central London.
At Novikov Italian we offer an indulgent menu of regional Italian dishes with a contemporary twist. We pride ourselves on the top quality of produce and taste. We work closely with Brent Eleigh Walled Garden to have the very best English produce, which is hand picked and delivered to our Mayfair restaurant within hours.
As one of our Pizza Chef you will have a real passion for and knowledge of Italian food, and be energetic and confident to work in a busy, fast paced environment
A little about you:
· At least 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef/Pizza Chef in quality establishments
· Have a real passion and interest in using the very best available ingredients
· Be exceptionally organised and comfortable working in a fast paced and high-pressure environment
· Be enthusiastic, passionate and have an eye for detail
· Have accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
· You must be eligible to live and work in the UK (original document evidence will be required as part of the recruitment process)
