Personal Assistant/Research Role
We are looking for an individual who can combine a personal assistant and research role. Excellent communication skills will be required as you will be speaking to over 200 firms of estate agents every week to find out what properties they have available.
This is not a cold-calling sales exercise. You will be contacting estate agents for a well-known and highly regarded property search agency. You will need to be able to develop good relationships with the estate agents, so that we hear about the best properties first.
Here at Mercury Homesearch, we are looking for an energetic, fun and driven individual to join our team.
You should be:
Energetic and enthusiastic
Reliable, punctual and highly organised
Proactive
Attentive to detail
A good communicator – both written and spoken
What the role entails:
Basic administration skills.
Learning our software and CRM system
Assisting with market research – contacting estate agents
Contributing to new innovative ideas and ways to develop our marketing

We are boutique firm that is the leading expert in acquiring residential property in prime central London
You will be the personal assistant to the managing director. This position is based on a temporary contract of 3 months, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm but will develop into a permanent position if the right candidate fits our team.
Pay will depend on your level of expertise and past experience.
You will learn A LOT, have fun and if we don’t take you on permanently you will gain excellent experience here.
