Personal Assistant to Managing Director
We are a construction company based in NW London looking to appoint a PA to the Managing Director.
The role will include PA Duties, Business Development and Marketing Duties and Estimating Assistance to the Estimating team.
We undertake projects in the residential, commercial, education and retail sectors with project values £500k to £15m.
Role and Responsibility:
Manage our website and update accordingly.
Create newsletters and update accordingly.
Create new job sheets for marketing purposes.
Attend live sites to collate marketing information and photos.
Arrange marketing events
Design and Update brochures and project sheets.
Collate information for business development including:
Leads and contacts
Issue literature
Make calls
Manage and issue weekly and monthly reports.
Arrange meetings for MD
Bring in suitable tender opportunities
Assist with PQQ documents and tender presentations.
General admin and PA duties to the MD and other Senior Management.
Assist the Estimating team with printing, enquiries, chasing suppliers and sub-contractors etc.
Document management
The candidate will require the following attributes:
Be presentable and tidy
Be a good communicator – oral and written.
Be proficient on Microsoft excel and work.
Have experience in presentation software – Adobe etc.
Self-motivated
Ability to work on own initiative
Ability to meet deadlines
experience in a construction company undertaking a similar role is preferred.
Hours of Work – 8am to 5pm or 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Salary – depends on experience – please advise expectations with cv.
