Barbecoa is built on a passion for impeccably sourced meat and traditional, artisanal cooking techniques. The result is beautiful high quality food influenced by natural cooking methods from around the world, using fire, wood and charcoal as the primary cooking sources.
Desserts are creative and flavorful, along with our retail site we provide a wide range of products to prepare and expose into. The pastry team consists of 6 pastry chefs backed up by a solid development team.
What We are looking for:
We are at present looking for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie who is looking for the next step. You need to:

Have a well rounded pastry understanding and skill.
Have great organisation skills and the ability to lead a team from day to day production to taking over and running the section when needed.
Passionate about quality food, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
Worked in quality establishments, exposure to high volume would be beneficial.
A passion for perfection with a desire to learn and work hard.
Keen to progress their career within an expanding restaurant group.
Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team.
