Peyton and Byrne Bakeries are modern British bakery, supplying amazing cakes and bread to our own bakeries through out London as well as specialist wholesale market.
British Baking is at the heart of the business, and deliver a consistently high product range to all our bakeries and customers is essential. So we are looking for pastry chefs that are passionate about baking, quality and consistency.
Skills Required:
We are currently recruiting for two position, both with experience within similar artisan bakery environment:
- experience laminator
- Pastry chef confident with all cake finishes
experience with mixing, scaling and baking
A passion for pastry with a desire to learn
Able to work effectively as a part of the team
Have positive attitude, and attention to detail for pastry and bakery decoration.
Must be available for a immediate start.
