Peyton and Byrne Bakeries are modern British bakery, supplying amazing cakes and bread to our own bakeries throughout London as well as specialist wholesale market.
British Baking is at the heart of the business, and deliver a consistently high product range to all our bakeries and customers is essential. So we are looking for pastry chefs that are passionate about baking, quality and consistency. We are expanding rapidly and need experienced chefs to join our team.
We are currently recruiting for pastry chefs, with experience within similar artisan bakery environment:
Pastry chef - confident with all cake finishes
experience with mixing, scaling and baking
A passion for pastry with a desire to learn
Able to work effectively as a part of the team
Have positive attitude, and attention to detail for pastry and bakery decoration.
Good hours, maximum 45 hours per week, full time positions with excellent promotion opportunities.
Must be available for an immediate start.
