Stratton Recruitment are recruiting for chefs who experience preparing and cooking quality food.
Our client cook in flight meals for companies such as Emirates, BA, Lufthansa and many more. Our client caters for over 150,000 customers a day.
You will be working for a company that have contracts for VIP business's based at Heathrow.
You must have a solid work history and have experience in the one of the following:
LARDER CHEF - Preparing cold plate entree's, appetisers, and canapes. Handling cold meats, assisting with orders and stock taking.
PASTRY CHEF - Preparing and making a high standard of pastries, Pies and bread following modern and some traditional recipes. You must have lots of experience baking to a high standard and strong presentation skills.
GRILL CHEF- Preparing all types of grilled food, you must have experience and relevant training and you will be responsible for preparing and storing fresh meats and food and adhering to Health and Safety procedures.
CHEF DE PARTIE and OTHER experience CHEFS.
We have positions available for all of the above roles, if you have experience as a chef and can work early and lates shifts for a company based within a 5 mile radius of Heathrow.
Shifts are as follows (must be flexible and able to work all):
06.00am - 14.00pm / 10am - 18.00pm / 14.00pm - 22.00pm + LOTS OF OVERTIME AVAILABLE.
