Debaere is an artisan bakery providing a large range of products to numerous cafes, delis and restaurants throughout London. We pride ourselves on the quality and consistency of our products which has resulted in rapid growth and expansion.
We have a position for an experienced pastry chef to join our team and become part of that growth.
Predominately you will be working with our mixing team ensuring that all products are made to recipe and scale. You will be required to record quantities, batch codes and temperatures as we have full traceability systems in place which must be adhered to. experience in a similar role would be an advantage however we will provide training in our mixes and recipes.
