We currently have an opening for a Pastry Chef to join our Viennoiserie department. The main purpose of this position is to produce consistently high quality pastry products in line with company standards and customer requirements.
The ideal candidate should:
• Be able to produce cakes at a high standard
• Be able to finish, and decorate pastry products including cakes
• Have good organisational skills
• Be a team player
• Have a can do attitude
• Be punctual and hard-working
• Be willing to learn
• Be able to communicate effectively in English
The position is for 45 hours per week, split into 5 shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Paul Rhodes Bakery is a leading artisan wholesale bakery based in Greenwich in South East London. The location is accessible via North Greenwich (Jubilee line), Cutty Sark (DLR) and Maze Hill mainline station. We supply top quality products 7 days a week to customers all over London. We are a growing organisation and have doubled in size over the last 5 years whilst still retaining a family feel to the company.
