My client is a popular and well established restaurant based in central London. They are on the lookout for a Michelin Star standard Pastry chef to oversee the section under a well-known executive Chef of great repute. The restaurant has held 1 Michelin Star for over a decade.
The Pastry Chef will need to be a seasoned professional with a good deal of experience working with classical techniques and with the ability to maintain kitchen standards for some of the capitals most discerning diners.
The menu is stunning and might best be described as classical French dishes with a refreshing contemporary twist. The restaurant opens for dinner and lunch Mon – Fri and for dinner on Saturday. On Sundays and bank holidays the venue is closed.
Shifts typically 8 over 5 days.
Current Pastry Chefs with 1 Michelin/3 Rosette experience will be considered and a good knowledge of classical French cuisine is a big bonus.
The salary will be up to £33,000 with an immediate interview available for the right candidate
