Tortellino and Co is based in a really nice italian food market in Elephant and Castle called Mercato Metropolitano. We are open tuesday to sunday 11am - 11pm.
We mainly cook fresh italian pasta but we also do some others specialities from Emilia Romagna like Gnocco fritto and Tigelle.
We are looking for a Pasta chef, full time position.
The ideal candidate will possess :
- experience and knowledge of italian food,
- great customer service skills,
- fluent english and if possible some knowledge of italian language too,
- organisational skills.
If you know how to make fresh pasta even better !
The candidate must be able to work clean and tidy at all time, and being able to work on its own and in a team.
