Burro e Salvia opened its doors in 2013. We make pasta exclusively by hand thanks to a dedicated team of pasta makers and offer a sophisticated trattoria style menu and service.The pasta is also available to buy in our shop, together with other quality ingredients.
As we are approaching our 5th year of trading, we are looking for a full time Chef de Partie to join our team. The role involves working at the pasta making station (training by our head Sfoglina will be provided) and in the kitchen. We have a wide range of recipes and sauces made with the highest quality ingredients that will need to be executed in a consistent way.
The candidate will be able to work alone as well as in team. Though we are a small restaurant, there are busy moments during service and the candidate will be able to work under pressure.
Previous experience is essential and so is knowledge of Italian cuisine.
40/48 Hours a week, competitive salary and performance bonus available. Start April following training.
