Maggie and Rose combines the best of Hospitality, Events and Early Years education all under one roof to inspire families. This is no ordinary members’ club environment, we are pioneering a new leisure and education model that we are taking all over the world!
We put our heart and soul into making our parties and events as enjoyable for grown-ups as for little ones. We need someone who can sell and deliver our awesome events and parties in our clubs. You’ll be an amazingly organised person and totally ‘get’ our values.
What the role involves:
• You’ll be planning, selling and managing events of all types from kid’s parties to member events to corporate hires and more.
• Communicating with customers and administration.
• Coordinating events teams including recruiting, booking, and liaising with freelance events staff (entertainers, photographers, face painters)
• Sourcing and engaging suppliers
• Setting ambitious sales targets for all types of events and achieving them.
We’re looking for:
• Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in organising events
• Someone with their own black book of contacts you can call on for ideas and support.
• Commercially-savvy
• Creativity in event production and design
• A positive, dynamic, and proactive personality
• Exemplary people and customer service skills
• Comfortable with new technology (behind the scenes can get pretty hi-tech!)
• Ability to coordinate teams and provide clear direction and leadership
• You must have the need for perfection as we expect it!
