Barrister Practice- Hounslow- A specialist immigration and civil practice of barrister, based in Hounslow, requires, on part/full time basis the following staff,
Para Legal/.
Case worker/
Receptionist/ secretarial
Para legal-
should have legal background, with some 6 months experience of working in legal environment.
Responsibilities would include,
Assisting lead Barrister, in
preparing immigration applications
Assisting with Court work
Managing files,
dealing with client- face to face, and on phone.
Some Admin work
- Receptionist/ Secretary,
Responsibilities include
Diary management, Telephone duties and Administration duties
- Managing Phone calls, Taking messages , passing messages to the relevant department
- Responding to telephone calls and client enquiries
- Greeting clients / visitors at reception and dealing with general enquiries
- - Lodging court applications, if required
- Other administrative tasks
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will:
- Have some experience of working within a law firm;
- Be able to handle your own admin tasks;
- Be self-sufficient and highly motivated with excellent communication skills;
- Be able to communicate fluently in Urdu/Hindi / Punjabi
- Be IT literate: MS Word and MS Excel knowledge required
- Be highly organised and be able to manage a full workload;
- Be professional, personable and efficient
- experience of working in similar office environment
