A boutique financial services / consulting firm based in a lovely office near Oxford Circus is looking for a professional, capable and energetic PA / Office Manager.
The role is a varied one. The candidate would support Directors and deal with day-to-day running of the office. No day would be the same and tasks could range from diary management and arranging travel to attending meetings with high profile clients to making coffee to creating a presentation.
The ideal candidate would be someone with a can-do attitude who approaches every task, no matter how big or small, with enthusiasm. The candidate should be looking for a long-term role.
Essential qualities:
3 + Years experience working in a bank, accounting firm, law firm or professional services firm.
Written and spoken English to mother tongue level.
Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages including Power Point and Excel.
Superb time management and organisational skills.
Good telephone manner
A self starter with initiative but who is willing to follow instructions.
A team player with a positive approach to life.
