We have an opportunity for someone to join the team as Operations Manager at London Chiswick Premier Inn.
This 162 bedroom property is located in West London and benefits from a 53% Sleeper/Breakfast Ratio and a 20% Sleeper/Diner Ration.
You will be responsible for managing, coaching and developing a team of 36, with an additional 3 salaried management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and have a great understanding of hotel management.

Most importantly, you're an accomplished people manager who champions individuals and teamwork, understands the importance of communications and can motivate all to embrace change.
