Wholesale operations assistant

A Beauty brand in central London have the opportunity for a Wholesale Operations Assistant to join their Operations and Supply Chain team.

The Wholesale and operations assistant will need to fully support the administrative requirements of the operations team and b2b wholesales sales department through processing orders.

Key Duties:

- Ensure orders are provided by sales teams.
- Liaise with the finance department for latest customer accounts information.
- Process orders within the SAP system, ensuring stock is allocated correctly in the warehouse.
- Support shipping and customs documentation.
- Report shipping delays to the department head of warehouse and logistics and customers.
- Inform customers of any out of stock items.

experience and Knowledge

- Use of SAP
- Excellent commercial awareness and knowledge.
