The operations department for Travcorp UK is looking to recruit a bright Operations Assistant/Executive to work within the Operations Department organising European coach tours for Asian clients.
The key responsibilities of the (job title) will include:

General administrative duties,
Tour set up, amendments and operation
Liaising with European hotels, coach companies, restaurants and guides.
Providing a high level of client service
Assisting the Operations Executive and Manager with the day to day running of the department.
Assisting in the development of the department and the growth of business.

The ideal candidate for this position should:

Bright, uses their initiative and able to follow instruction.
Fluent in English (both written and oral) essential.
Fluent Mandarin essential
Fluent Cantonese advantageous
Previous office and administrative experience.
Geographical knowledge of Europe
Computer literacy
experience of working within the travel industry is not crucial but would be advantageous.

Hours

Mainly Monday to Friday
9Am to 5.30pm with one hour lunch break
May be required to work longer hours during busy peak season.
