A leading technology partner for the Media and Entertainment industry is recruiting an Office Manager/Bookkeeper based in our office at Oval. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the office and for all accounting administration.
This role will include, but is not limited to:
• Raising customer quotes and sales invoices and chasing customers for outstanding payments
• All aspects of goods ordering from raising a PO to ensuring goods are received
• Processing supplier invoices, supplier statement reconciliations and dealing with queries and supplier payments
• Managing the Accounts email inbox
• Preparing bank reconciliations monthly
• Preparing monthly management reports, P and L, debtors report etc
• Ensuring client contracts are completed and filed
• Maintaining office supplies
• General administrative duties as required
Who are We are looking for? Someone who is: -
• Firm, but diplomatic
• Confident on the phone, via email and in person
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Extremely organised
• Who wants to help improve our processes
Skills and Competencies
• Bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks, Sage 50, Xero or similar
• Excellent all-round IT skills, including excel to advanced level; pivot tables, macros
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good team player, willing to work cooperatively to achieve organisational goals
• 3 – 5 Years’ experience in a similar role
This is a hands-on role working within a small company. The ideal candidate must have bookkeeping experience. Be able to manage their own workload as well as use initiative while working as part of a team.
