REQUIRED – OFFICE MANAGER
Required for thriving and successful architects practice in Clapham Old Town, SW4.
Ideally you would have 1-2 years admin/office management experience. Exemplary written and verbal English skills, and proficiency with Excel is essential. If you enjoy working in a young, fun, professional office, we would like to hear from you.

You will be reporting directly to the two company Directors, and main tasks would be as follows:
• Invoicing and management of cash flow
• Ensure the smooth running of the office, including ordering stationary, managing suppliers, petty cash, taking deliveries etc.
• Answering the telephone, meeting and greeting clients, first point of contact for prospective clients
• Managing and updating our CRM
• Sorting and distributing post
• Scanning, filing, and archiving documents
• Assistance with arranging networking and social events
• Managing and monitoring the company Health and Safety and Human Resources practices
Skills and attributes required:
Excellent verbal and written English
Competent use of Microsoft Office
Ideally experienced using Macs
Ability to work in a team
Personable – able to deal with high net worth clients
Good telephone manner
Common sense and intuition
Confident working with numbers
Flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks and expand your role
Hours of work: Monday – Friday. 9.30am – 6pm
Salary: £25,000 - 32,000 depending on experience
Ideal start date: late June/ early July 2022
