We are looking for an excellent all-rounder to join our small team based in South West London. You will have a can-do attitude and be full of positive energy, be creative and willing to get Stuck in to all aspects of running a small business! A passion for jewellery is a plus but not essential – the right candidate will have experience of the customer service/e Commerce industry, excellent organisation and time management skills, and excel working in a fast paced environment.
You will be working closely with the Director and current Manager in order to fully understand all aspects of the company. This is a high-energy role that requires outstanding multi-tasking and troubleshooting skills – you will be proactive and always pushing yourself and your staff to work to the best of their ability.
Your roles will include:
Customer service (from both a retail and wholesale perspective)
Administration and basic accounts
PA to the company Director
Managing our online orders from various online platforms.
Uploading new products and creating captivating product descriptions.
Dealing with and processing customer returns.
Managing wholesale orders and accounts
Staff management
Supplier management
Setting up and working trade and retail shows such as IJL, Top Drawer and Hampton Court Flower Show.
Salary dependant on experience, but with a training period of 2 weeks – 1 month, paid at £10 p/h, which will increase after this period. Immediate start.
