Office Administrator Wanted in London

Place: Battersea, London



We are a family run company with its Head Office based in Battersea (SW London) which owns a group of Pharmacies and a Hotel.
We are looking for a Part time office administrator / Personal assistant. Hours are flexible, depending on your commitments.
The role would entail working approximately 16 hours a week initially over various shifts patterns (8.5 hrs or 4 hrs) including weekends if required throughout the year.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
-must be computer literate (especially Excel and Word).
-must have a positive attitude and ability to be pro-active.
-must be fluent in English.
-must be well organised.
- must have good communications skills and attention to detail.
As part of a small office team, you will also be expected to be flexible in assisting in all general office related areas and support the Pharmacies and the Hotel business.
