An upbeat, positive and diligent Office Administrator is sought for a friendly and expanding organisation based in Oval, SW London. You must have excellent attention to detail, as well as excellent computer and research skills. Tasks are varied and include researching contact details, updating our database, answering the phone, doing mail merges, stuffing envelopes, booking trains, flights and hotels, filing, completing forms, and other office tasks. You must have full experience in Office Suite, including Outlook, Power Point, Excel and Word. You must be fluent in English as well as confident on the phone and in person.
