Small IT Support Services Firm .
We are a small company providing high quality IT services to organisations based mainly around the City of London,. An admin receptionist with good customer service experience. Knowledge of book keeping will be necessary and required. Basic knowledge of sage , Microsoft outlook is also a plus. This key position within the company requires a well organised, self-motivated, efficient person who is looking for a responsible role within a small organisation.
The role primarily covers the following responsibilities:
* Bookeeping to include invoicing, Receipts and Payments, Staff Timesheet and Expenses, monthly Journals, Bank Reconciliation, VAT return and Payroll postings.
* General office administration to include office communications, basic health and safety, basic Human Resources administration, maintain filing systems and office procedures.
Essential Attributes:
* Excellent interpersonal skills for client, supplier and staff relationship building.
* experience of using computerised accounting systems.
* Competence in Microsoft Office applications like Excel.
* Well organised, able to prioritise, good attention to detail.
* Able to work independently with little supervision.
Desirable Attributes:
* Willingness to learn new skills
* Previous experience in a client focused services company.
* Interest in improving our office systems.
