Myleasehold is an award-winning and innovative firm of Chartered valuation surveyors, based in the heart of the West End, near Baker Street station. We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic team player to work within and support our small busy team. You may have some office experience but, if not, this is not a deal breaker.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Database management and data entry
Telephone and email enquiries, including organising terms of engagement to be sent and signed.
Audio and copy typing
Create and maintain filing systems and archiving.
Invoicing and receipting using Sage
Various PA and general office duties
Supporting colleagues wherever necessary
Key requirements:
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including good internet research capability.
Exemplary written and spoken English, along with good numerical skills.
Possibly a recent graduate
Organised and methodical approach to working.
