Capable and talented administrator required joining an office in a career consultancy firm located near Stratford, London. The role will entail the following:
Duties:
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Photo shop skills would be an advantage but not mandatory as training will be provided.
• Any Other Duties as and when required and assigned by Manager.
• Handling calls, liaising with clients, updating databases.
• Taking calls from clients and keeping track of director's diaries.
• Invoice production
• Prepare petty cash and emergency fund report for Company director.
Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
• Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
• Excellent English Communication Skills- Written and Verbal.
• Ability to Prioritize and Strong problem solving skills.
• Communication and negotiation
• Dressing and acting in a professional manner.
• Being confident and responsible
• Working on their own initiative
• Making responsible decisions
• Being positive and encouraging
• Being courteous to clients and co-workers.
• Stress management and problem solving
The position is extremely varied you must have an excellent well-spoken phone manner with admin experience. To have a very strong attention to every detail and to possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Trust worthy and good time management; organizational skills and customer service approach are key elements. The ideal candidate must be IT literate.
Working Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Mon- Fri)
5 Days a week role
Start date: Immediate
