The Gower School require Nursery Practitioners (NVQ 3 in Childcare) to work within our expanding nursery. You will be a key person to a specific group of children and be responsible for liaising with parents on all aspects of their child's care and development. This position involves monitoring children’s development, progression and planning their next steps. We offer an excellent working environment in a well-resourced accredited Montessori nursery. The nursery is open from 8am to 6pm, 48 weeks of the year and staff work within a shift system. Salary will be discussed at the interview.
