We are looking for an enthusiastic Night Receptionist and a Night Porter for our 4 star hotel in North West London.
Our Requirements: Previous Hotel receptionist experience is Ideal for this role as you will be involved with all reception duties and will be responsible for ensuring a smooth running reception desk at all times, dealing with guest queries and requests efficiently.
Knowledge of Hotel Computer software very advantageous.
Our Night Porter position will assist the Night Receptionist as well as assist in function room set ups and security walks.
You must provide first class customer service and should be highly organised with good communication skills, both face to face and over the phone. It is also important you are a good team player, as well as able to work on your own initiative when necessary.

The night shift starts at 11pm and finishes at 7am. Any 2 working days or 2 set working days per week. You will be provided a meal while on duty, holiday pay and company discount for other Hotels, and more benefits.
