Handling Payments
Processing and taking reservations by phone, email and face to face
Communicating and coordinating with Housekeeping and maintenance department
Handling situations
Follow Health and safety procedures
Shifts
7am until 3pm and 3pm until 11pm 11.00pm till 7.00 am
Morning afternoon and night shifts)
Working 5 days out of 7 (including weekends) as per Rota system
Full time and Permanent position
28 days paid holidays
Probationary Period- 6 months
