Night Porters Required

We are looking for a friendly, organised and hardworking Night Porters to join the front office teams at our award winning boutique town house properties in Spitalfields and Farringdon.
You will be required to carry out a range of tasks including:
- servicing public areas and assisting the housekeeping department with cleaning and maintenance of the hotel
- welcoming guests to the hotel and dealing with their requirements and requests throughout their stay
- assisting in answering the phones
- entering reservations into the computer system
Our small boutique properties deliver the highest standards of accommodation and service. As such applicants must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, dedication to their work and the desire to go the extra distance to ensure that standards are maintained and where ever possible guest’s expectations are surpassed.
Shifts are from 11pm to 7am. 5 nights out of 7, 37.5 hours per week.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK on a permanent full time basis and must have fluent written and spoken English.
