Green Rooms is London's first arts-led social enterprise hotel. It offers stylish but affordable accommodation in 22 rooms, two studio apartments and two dormitory rooms, with events spaces for exhibitions and rehearsals, a lively restaurateur programme and a bustling bar.
We are looking to recruit a friendly, energetic Night Porter - previous experience essential.
The role:
To be the friendly face of the hotel overnight
To organise and assist guests at arrival/departure, deal with post and deliveries
Assisting guests with their luggage or transportation advice
To facilitate guests’ request for basic amenities
Make regular security checks of the building
Be able to evacuate in the event of a fire alarm
To work cross departmentally in accordance with business needs
Be knowledgeable on external locations, attractions, and landmarks in the vicinity
Successful candidates will be well presented, have good communication skills, attention to detail and genuine customer service skills.
