Night Porter - Clayton Crown Hotel
We have a fantastic new vacancy for Night Porter in the excellent Clayton Crown Hotel.
With 152 bedrooms, large banquet and event facilities and a popular bar and restaurant, this role will keep you busy!
Objective of the Role
Reporting to the Night Manager and the Front Office Manager, the Night Porter is the first person that a guest meets on arrival to the Hotel, therefore it is of utmost importance that all staff present a friendly and professional image to our guests at all times.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for cleaning public areas – reception, toilets, bar, restaurant and back of house areas.
Greet and welcome our guests to the Hotel.
Assist in the smooth running of the food and beverage departments – preparing room service/breakfast, serving in the bar.
To comply with statutory and legal requirements for Health and Safety, Fire, Hygiene, Licensing and Employment.
Ensure the security of the premises.
Conduct fire and floor walks to ensure guest safety and security.

Requirements:

Excellent customer care skills.
Be able to work on your own initiative.
Excellent communication skills.
Previous experience working in night shifts is preferred.
