MNM Property Services Ltd is a well-established maintenance company working within the social housing sector on pre-planned and reactive maintenance works. We are currently experiencing rapid growth across all our contracts and we are recruiting Multi skilled Operatives to work in London area.
What we require:
• Multi-skills in trades like carpentry, plastering, floor laying (polysafe), plumbing, painting, decorating, tiling and basic electric.
• You will have to have your own tools and a valid driver’s license.
• Good attitude, punctuality, good communication skills.
What we offer:
• Starting Salary from £12 per hour depending on experience regular increases based on performance.
• Van, mobile phone and materials will be provided.
• Long term contract after probationary period.
• In-house training.
• External training opportunities, certifications if needed.

*If successful after the interview there will be a 3 months probationary period with possibility of long term contract.
